• Instant Quote, Instant Approval: We generate an instant quote for you for the container of your choice. You will receive a quote via text and email, you then complete the application. MCR Support team will  then review your application.....Same day approvals guaranteed!
• Flexible terms: We offer 12, 24, 36, and 48-month terms so you can find the perfect option for your needs. 
• Down payment determined by delivery mileage: Under 150 miles to delivery address....Only $99 down! Deposits required on all purchases. This ensures that you are committed to the rental.
• Lower your monthly payments: If you would like to lower your monthly payments, you have the option to put extra money down!
• Early payoff discounts available: If you would like to pay off your container early, we offer two options.
• 90-Day Payoff Available: You may pay off your container for the cash price + taxes within the first 90 days. Your rent owed will not factor into this payoff. Must stay current on rent. (This is NOT same as cash.)
• 33% Early Payoff Discount: After 90 days take 33% off the entire remaining balance to own it early!
• Pay by auto-pay: We make it easy to pay your rent on time. Your monthly payments can be made via ACH, auto-pay or by check. 
• Online Portal: You can view your balance, make payments, and so much more with your online account portal. Keeping track of your container rental has never been easier!
